Lodging in Michigan has something for everyone. The major hotel chains have facilities along all the major highways, near the airports in Detroit, Lansing, Saginaw/Midland, Traverse City, Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo, and Marquette, and in the cities, like the Doubletree, in Bay City. However, Michigan also has some great bed and breakfasts, luxury hotels such as the Grand Hotel on Mackinac Island, and resorts like Treetops. Some of the resorts have spas like the, Grand Traverse Resort, and include casinos, Kewadin Hotel and Casino in Sault Sainte Marie. Other communities and lake regions have hotel and resorts that are unique jewels, like the Boulevard Hotel and Bistro in St. Joseph, Michigan.
