Follow the St. Lawrence River Drive to National and Provincial Parks Visit Montreal and Quebec City
Drive along the Lake Ontario Lake Superior and Lake Huron shorelines (see Great Lakes Circle Tours) Create a circle tour by taking Highway 11 through Hearst down to Nipigon and Highway 17 east to Wawa, Sault Ste. Marie and Sudbury Take Highway 66 east from Kirkland Lake to Rouyn-Noranda, Quebec (summer suggested)
Cross Manitoba on the Trans Canada Highway and stop in Winnipeg for shopping, dinner, cultural activities, and lodging Follow Highway 6 to Grand Rapids Go north to Grass River Provincial Park on Highway 10 and then go west to Saskatchewan
Drive from Regina to Saskatoon Highway 4 goes north toward Clearwater River Provincial Park Use Prince Albert as a base to explore the northern regions
Drive from Calgary after the Calgary Stampede Rodeo to Edmonton Follow the scenic drive along the Lewis Range to Waterton Lakes National Park and Montana Take Highway 63 to Banff, Lake Louise, and Jasper--stop at the thermal springs for relaxing and the ice fields for hiking
Visit Victoria From Dawson Creek follow the Alaskan Highway to Yukon and Alaska Take the Yellowhead Highway to Prince George
Continue on the Alaskan Highway Drive through the Pelly Mountains Visit Kluane National Park near Haynes Junction
Drive to Fort Providence or Yellowknife on Great Slave Lake from Alberta or British Columbia (seasonal)
